Rebecca M. Decoster is a domestic relations referee at the Oakland County Circuit Court and is a certified domestic relations mediator. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the Referee's Association of Michigan. Ms. Decoster was in private practice for 15 years before working for Oakland County, focusing primarily on family law. Ms. Decoster has authored numerous articles, including the child support chapter in the "LexisNexis Practice Guide: Michigan Family Law." She has also spoken at the annual conference at the Referee's Association of Michigan and at the midsummer conference of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
