Mark A. Gilchrist has represented and defended law firms, lawyers, physicians, accountants, engineers, hospitals, and those in the construction industry against allegations of malpractice, negligence, ethical
violations, conflicts of interest, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, or other professional liability matters for more than 20 years. He advises insurance companies and their insureds in matters involving automobile negligence, construction, and general liability. Mr. Gilchrist also assists professionals and individuals who are faced with criminal investigations and charges brought by the government. His clients include those charged with white collar crimes such as fraud and embezzlement, computer crimes, drunk driving, assault, and vehicular manslaughter. Mr. Gilchrist serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. He is the current chair of the State Bar of Michigan’s Negligence Law Section and a past president of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel.
