Richard E. Hillary II focuses his litigation practice on health care reimbursement, ERISA litigation, commercial litigation, white collar crime and regulatory compliance, and appellate law. He served as chair of the Litigation Section and an elected trustee with the Grand Rapids Bar Association. Before joining the firm, Mr. Hillary served as law clerk for Hon. William B. Murphy of the Michigan Court of Appeals. He is past president of the Gerald R. Ford American Inns of Court and serves as a trustee for the Kent County Legal Assistance Center, a board member for the Justice Foundation of West Michigan, and board secretary for the Criminal Justice Chaplaincy.
