Jennifer U. Hastings practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation and product liability litigation. She has had first and second chair trial experience in federal and state courts, administrative hearing experience before the Michigan Public Service Commission and the Michigan Gaming Control Board, and extensive mediation, arbitration, and facilitation experience. Ms. Hastings is a member of the American Bar Association; the Litigation and Administrative Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan; and the Litigation Section of the Oakland County Bar Association and the board of directors of its Young Lawyers Committee. She is also a member of the American Inn of Court, the Incorporated Society of Irish/American Lawyers, and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan.
