Barbara P. Andruccioli is the probate register for the court, where she is responsible for judicial support services for estates and trusts, guardianships and conservatorships, and developmentally disabled and mental health units. Prior to her work at the court, she was a shareholder at Kemp Klein Law Firm, where she concentrated her practice in the areas of probate administration, litigation, and mediation. Ms. Andruccioli also served as a professional fiduciary for five years. She has been a copresenter for ICLE seminars on probate practice and procedure and is a former chair of the probate, estates, and trust committee of the Oakland County Bar Association.
