Kenneth F. Neuman is the founding shareholder his firm, specializing in complex commercial litigation and business consulting, with a focus on corporate, real estate, construction, accounting malpractice, banking and automotive disputes. A registered Certified Public Accountant, he practiced with the Detroit office of Ernst and Whinney as well as the with tax group for General Motors Corporation before beginning his legal career. Mr. Neuman serves as a court-appointed receiver and facilitator/mediator for various judges in both Wayne and Oakland County, is a panelist for the complex commercial litigation division in both the Oakland County and Wayne County case evaluation offices, and is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He has served as an arbitrator, both as the sole arbitrator and as part of a panel, on a variety of large commercial cases, including construction disputes, reinsurance claims, and breach of contract actions. Mr. Neuman is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, the American Association of Attorneys and CPA’s, and the Michigan Association for Justice. He has served as a Master in the Detroit Chapter of American Inns of Court since 2015.
