David A. Kotzian specializes in employment rights litigation, arbitration, mediation, and counseling. He is a former council member of the State Bar of Michigan's Labor and Employment Law Section and a past chair of the Oakland County Bar Association Employment Law Committee. Mr. Kotzian is also on the roster of neutral employment law arbitrators and mediators for the American Arbitration Association. He has been selected for "The Best Lawyers in America," the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, the Distinguished Service Award from the Labor and Employment Law Section, and the "Michigan Lawyers Weekly" Hall of Fame. Mr. Kotzian has been a seminar speaker for ICLE and numerous other organizations.
