Barbara J. Kelly was a referee at the Washtenaw County Friend of the Court for 20 years and is now the Deputy Friend of the Court in charge of the enforcement division. She is a past chair of the State Bar of Michigan's Family Law Section and cochair of its legislation committee. Ms. Kelly is a member of the Referees Association of Michigan and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. She has lectured for the Family Law Section, Washtenaw County Bar Association, and ICLE, and has written for "Michigan Family Law Journal."
