Michael S. Leib practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. He is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, the Business Law Section (serving on its Debtor Creditor Committee), and the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan; a member and past chair of the Oakland County Bar Association; a member of the Federal Bar Association; a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute; and a member of the American Bar Association, serving on its Litigation Section. Mr. Leib has written articles in both "Laches" and the "Michigan Business Law Journal" regarding commercial litigation and receiverships. He also has presented at several ICLE programs and American Bankruptcy Institute programs on trial skills.
