Mark D. Willmarth practices in the areas of insurance and risk financing consulting, health care law, and personal injury defense litigation. He also emphasizes commercial litigation and labor and employment law in his practice. Mr. Willmarth is a former member and chair of the Insurance Law Committee of the State Bar of Michigan and is presently a member of the Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters. He has published numerous articles on insurance law in publications such as the "Michigan Bar Journal" and "Laches." Mr. Willmarth is a frequent lecturer for ICLE and other professional organizations.
