Linda Fieldstone is the current cochair of the Association for Conflict Resolution's Elder Justice Initiative on Eldercaring Coordination and a former president of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and its Florida chapter. Ms. Fieldstone was instrumental in the development of parenting coordination in Florida and internationally while serving as a supervisor of family court services in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Florida, providing services to families in conflict for 26 years. She was the workgroup lead for the AFCC's Access to Justice Project and has provided training on court services and triage throughout the United States and for the development of programs in 10 other countries. Ms. Fieldstone is involved in research, training, and consultation internationally and has written articles on high conflict families, family court services, empirically based parenting plans, and parenting and eldercaring coordination. She was invited to present at the United Nations in 2018 when eldercaring coordination was highlighted as an Awareness and Action model for the welfare of ageing persons in honor of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. Ms. Fieldstone was honored with the Sharon Press Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution Award from the Florida Supreme Court for her "visionary leadership, professional integrity, and unwavering devotion" to ADR.
