Specializing in estate planning for retirement benefits, Natalie B. Choate is the author of two books, "Life and Death Planning for Retirement Benefits" and "The QPRT Manual." She is a former chair of both the Estate Planning and the Employee Benefits Committees of the Boston Bar Association, as well as a former regent of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and former chair of its Employee Benefits Committee. Named "Estate Planner of the Year" by the Boston Estate Planning Council, she was awarded the "Distinguished Accredited Estate Planner" designation by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils and is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America." Ms. Choate is an editorial advisor to "Trusts and Estates" and author of a monthly column for MorningstarAdvisor.com, as well as a frequent lecturer and author on estate planning topics. Her comments on estate and retirement planning have been quoted in "The New York Times," "The Wall Street Journal," "Money," and "Forbes."
