Matthew C. Lindgren, executive partner at the firm, has 10 + years of experience litigating and trying cases in a wide range of civil matters while maintaining a focus on first and third-party No-Fault actions. Mr. Lindgren often represents insurers in the more complex and high exposure legal actions involving rescission, claims coverage, exclusions, subrogation rights, insurance order of priority, Medicare and Medicaid, insurance claim set offs, out of state accidents, and provider rights. He has also enjoyed presenting at public and private seminars and summits for attorneys, insurers, and judges on a variety of insurance related topics. He has been recognized as “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers consecutively since 2022 and was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2024. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Mr. Lindgren earned his JD from Wayne State University Law School where he received a Faculty Award as the top student in Torts and graduated from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy program after becoming a member of the bar.
