Joan C. Skrzyniarz designs customized estate plans; represents personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries in probate and trust administration and litigation; advises individuals and families about guardianship and conservatorship matters; and counsels individuals and families about postmortem tax and estate planning. She is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and the Probate and Estate Planning, Taxation, and Litigation Sections of the State Bar of Michigan. Ms. Skrzyniarz has served as a board member of the Library of Michigan Foundation; committee clerk of the Michigan Senate Committee on Families, Mental Health, and Human Services; board member of St. Malachy Church; and board member of Sterling Heights Community Foundation. She is a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star.
