Paul J. Randel is a trial attorney with the Office of the United States Trustee. He has been in private practice with a bankruptcy firm and was a public defender in the Bronx, New York. Mr. Randel has represented debtors, creditors, trustees, and the United States Trustee in all aspects of bankruptcy and has conducted numerous trials, both bench and jury, in and out of bankruptcy court. He has spoken at seminars presented by the Consumer Bankruptcy Association, the Federal Bar Association, private companies, and the Office of the United States Trustee. A graduate of Wayne State University Law School, Mr. Randel has been a guest lecturer there and at Pace University School of Law's trial advocacy program, as well as served as a mentor in its Criminal Defense Clinic.
