Daniel Patrick O'Neil is a trial lawyer in state and federal courts and a civil mediator practicing throughout northern Michigan. His current practice is limited to representing victims of negligence in personal injury matters and employees in discrimination and wrongful discharge claims. A graduate of the Detroit College of Law, Mr. O'Neil is a member of the State Bar of Michigan; an executive board member of the Michigan Association for Justice and the chairperson of its Civil Litigation Legislative Committee; and a board member of the Justice Caucus of the Michigan Democratic Party.
