Patricia A. Stamler is a member of the firm's employment, commercial, civil, personal injury, class action, and securities litigation departments and is primarily responsible for qui tam, employment, and civil rights matters. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Labor and Employment Law Section, the Women's Bar Association/Oakland County Region of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, and the Oakland County Bar Association. Ms. Stamler has been awarded honors by the National Trial Lawyers, the Women's Bar Association, "Crain's Detroit Business," and the Michigan Pro Bono Coordinators' Association. Rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, she has been listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" since 2009, named a Michigan Super Lawyer since 2006, and listed as a Michigan Super Lawyer Top 50 Women Lawyer (2006). Ms. Stamler is a fellow of the Michigan State and Oakland County Bar Foundations. She has published articles and lectured across the state on a wide variety of legal topics pertaining to employment law, qui tam, disability law, defamation, and sexual abuse.
