Iris K. Linder practices in the firm's Business and Tax Department doing primarily corporate and securities law work. She has extensive experience in private placements in an assortment of industries, including radio stations, oil and gas, mortgage funds, venture capital funds, technology, and others, as well as substantial experience doing venture capital transactions. Ms. Linder is a member of the Federal Regulation of Securities Committee and the Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. She is also a member of the Michigan Venture Capital Association. From 1999 through 2003, Ms. Linder served as an adjunct faculty member at Cooley Law School teaching securities regulation.
