Rik O. Mazzeo is an experienced trial lawyer whose principal focus is personal injury and commercial litigation covering general liability with emphasis on the Michigan No-Fault Act. His areas of practice include insurance law and no-fault auto insurance, personal injury, commercial litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Mazzeo has participated on a number of insurance policy review committees and in legislative subcommittee hearings regarding the public health code for potential statutory changes; been a panelist on numerous seminars addressing general liability and the No-Fault Law; and participated in voluminous arbitration hearings.
