Ashley Lynn McAlpine is a partner at the firm. She specializes in construction law, complex litigation, reviewing and drafting contracts, and research and writing. Ms. McAlpine has litigated in a number of construction and complex business disputes, including cases involving large-scale construction projects. She also worked on the Flint Water Crisis class action. Ms. McAlpine has been admitted to practice in Michigan since 2014 and is an active member of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. She has been listed as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2020 to 2023 and was named one of the Top Women Attorneys in Michigan by the "Hour Detroit" magazine.
