Daniel D. Quick is a commercial litigation trial lawyer with the firm. He was chair of the committee for the State Bar of Michigan that proposed revisions to the court rules. Mr. Quick's practice includes "business divorce" and shareholder oppression litigation, trade secrets, intellectual property litigation, and Uniform Commercial Code contractual disputes.
