Charles W. Borgsdorf practices in the areas of corporation and business law, alternative dispute resolution, and professional ethics. A former assistant dean and adjunct faculty member of the University of Michigan Law School, Mr. Borgsdorf has also been an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan School of Business Administration and a frequent lecturer for ICLE. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. He was the revision editor for "Michigan Corporation Law," author of "Michigan Corporate Forms and Practice," and coauthor of "Michigan Business Law Annotated."
