Roger B. Chard

Roger B. Chard practiced in the area of real estate law, particularly landlord-tenant law, from 1973 until his retirement in 2010. He is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and the Washtenaw County Bar Association. Mr. Chard is also a member of the American Blind Lawyers Association. He served as the executive director of Legal Services of Southeastern Michigan for five years. Mr. Chard has lectured numerous times for ICLE and the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He coauthored a manual on landlord-tenant law with attorney Robert Reed of Michigan Legal Services and was a contributing author to "Gilmore on Michigan Civil Procedure Before Trial" (ICLE 3d ed).
