Kristina Munsters is a litigator who focuses on risk management and complex commercial litigation across a wide range of industries, including manufacturers, suppliers, financial institutions, governmental entities, and the cannabis industry. Ms. Munsters has a particular focus on business ownership disputes, regulatory compliance, insurance coverage and indemnity disputes, products liability defense, banking litigation, and document and information management. A member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Cannabis Law Section Council, she regularly represents cannabis businesses in compliance and business litigation matters.
