Angela L. Walker, a founding partner of the firm, practices in the area of employment law. She handles complex severance negotiations and focuses on taking strategic legal action to protect her clients' careers. Ms. Walker has extensive experience with equal pay, sexual harassment, and pregnancy discrimination cases. She is a disability rights advocate, helping employees with disabilities enforce their rights with regard to Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations, Family and Medical Leave Act leave, and employee benefits. Her other specialties include executive compensation, doctor contracts, and representation of professionals in licensing disputes. Ms. Walker is in her third year as board chair for the Cancer Support Community of Greater Ann Arbor. She is a past president of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan (WLAM) Washtenaw region and previously served as gender equity chair for the WLAM state board.
