David R. Moss is associate professor of law (clinical) for the law school. He was formerly director of clinical education, where he oversaw both the school's Disability Law Clinic and its Civil Law Internship Program and served as faculty advisor to the Free Legal Aid Clinic and the Student Trial Advocacy Program. Prof. Moss's teaching and scholarly interests include Disability Law, Juvenile Law, Health Law, Bioethics and the Law, and Trial Advocacy. A graduate of Columbia University Law School, he has worked as a public interest attorney in New York and Minnesota, as director of a runaway and homeless youth law project in upstate New York, and as a managing attorney with the Minnesota Disability Law Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prof. Moss joined Wayne State's law faculty in 1998, following three years of teaching at Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts and two years at Hamline University Law School in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
