Brandy L. Mathie is a general real estate lawyer who can assist clients on many of the aspects of real estate law, ranging from easements to mortgage loans, but she focuses her practice in the areas of acquisitions, dispositions, retail leasing, and energy and renewable projects. She is particularly skilled in due diligence investigations and designing creative solutions. Ms. Mathie is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the Washtenaw County Bar Association.
