James A. Fink practices in the areas of landlord-tenant and real property law and municipal law. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Washtenaw County Bar Association and is a fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation. Mr. Fink is a former member of the State of Michigan Attorney Discipline Board and of the State Bar of Michigan's Character and Fitness Committee. He served on the editorial advisory committee for the "Residential Landlord-Tenant Law Benchbook," published in 2016 by the Michigan Judicial Institute.
