Rescission of Administrative 
Order Nos. 1990-4, 1991-5, and 1992-5
                              

      On order of the Court, Administrative Order Nos. 1990-4, 1991-5, and 1992-5 are
rescinded, effective January 1, 2006.

      Staff Comment:  Effective January 1, 2006, plea acceptance by district court judges in
felony cases is governed by MCR 6.111.
