Aysha Fazal Allos advises clients on cybersecurity and data privacy matters. Ms. Allos represents clients in cybersecurity incident responses, data breach notification, regulatory investigations, and litigation. With a focus on the complex and evolving laws and regulations that govern data transmitted and stored in computers, she specializes in the area where data protection meets intellectual property. Ms. Allos represents businesses in intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark registration and infringement. She has a strong background in litigating contract disputes, antitrust issues, and warranty and products liability. Previously, Ms. Allos was a staff attorney in the litigation and dispute resolution group of a large, business-oriented Detroit law firm and served as in-house counsel at a tobacco import company. She is a member of the Information Technology Law, Intellectual Property Law, Litigation, and Young Lawyers Sections of the State Bar of Michigan.
