Michael C. Decker concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law and litigation and business law and litigation. He counsels contractors and suppliers on all aspects of both public and private projects, including drafting and negotiating construction-related contracts and other documents and prosecuting and defending construction-related related claims. Mr. Decker represents owners, engineers, architects, and sureties with construction-related matters. He also handles business-related matters, including drafting and negotiating business-related contracts and other documents and prosecuting and defending business-related related claims. Mr. Decker has been named a Rising Star in business litigation and construction litigation from 2013 to 2023 by Super Lawyers, a Top Lawyer in construction litigation from 2017 to 2023 by "DBusiness," and a Best Lawyer in construction litigation from 2021 to 2024 by "The Best Lawyers in America."
