Laura Volkmann practices in the areas of estate planning, guardianships, real estate, small businesses, and mental health. Before starting her firm, she served as law clerk for six years to Hon. J. Richardson Johnson (now retired) of the 9th Circuit Court. Ms. Volkmann is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and its LGBTQA Section as well as a member of the American Bar Association. In 2013 she presented at the annual meeting for the Agricultural Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan on legal issues for small farmers.
