David M. Blanchard is a founding partner at the firm. He practices in the areas of employment litigation, civil rights, and discrimination, with a focus on public impact litigation, class actions, and cases regarding unpaid wages, overtime pay, minimum wage, and other injuries arising from misclassification and other wage theft. Mr. Blanchard also represents whistleblowers in qui tam litigation and individual retaliation cases. He regularly counsels professionals in individual trade secret and noncompete cases. Mr. Blanchard has presented on these and other issues for the National Employment Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Michigan, ICLE, and the Michigan Association for Justice.
