P. Haans Mulder specializes in the areas of business law, estate planning, and elder law. In addition to a juris doctor degree from Willamette University College of Law, he also has a master's in tax and is a certified financial planner. Mr. Mulder was named a 2010 Rising Star by "Michigan Super Lawyers Magazine" and to the Forty under 40 list of area business leaders for 2011 by the "Grand Rapids Business Journal." He is a member of the American Bar Association's Business Law and Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Sections; the State Bar of Michigan's Taxation, Real Property Law, Business Law, Probate and Estate Planning, and Elder Law and Disability Rights Sections; and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Mulder has served or currently serves on a number of local boards of directors, including: Paragon Bank and Trust, the Community Foundation of Holland/Zeeland Area, and the Holland Area Chamber of Commerce.
