Mark K. Harder is a member of the firm's Private Client and Family Office Practice and concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration for high-net-worth individuals and in the representation of family-owned businesses and their owners. Mr. Harder also represents and works with numerous family offices and the families they serve. A member of the State Bar of Michigan, he is a past chair of the Probate and Estate Planning Section and served as reporter for the Michigan Trust Code Committee. Mr. Harder is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America," and is a Michigan Super Lawyer. He is ranked in Band 1 for Private Wealth Law by Chambers and has been named the 2010, 2017, 2020, and 2024 Lawyer of the Year for Trusts and Estates in Grand Rapids by Best Lawyers.
