Matthew John Turchyn practices commercial and appellate litigation with a focus on contract, corporate governance, noncompete, real property, and intellectual property disputes. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Representative Assembly, a member of the State Bar of Michigan Health Care Law Section's Publication Committee, a barrister in the Oakland County Bar Association’s chapter of the American Inns of Court, and a fellow of the Oakland County Bar Foundation. Mr. Turchyn has been recognized as member of the "Michigan Lawyers Weekly" Up & Coming Lawyers Class of 2018, named as a 2018 Top Lawyer in commercial litigation by "dBusiness," and named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2015. He was an editor and senior managing editor of the Michigan State Law Review from 2010-2012.
