ICLE | Your Partner in Practice
Michigan Trust Code Center

The Michigan Trust Code is the first major change in Michigan probate law since EPIC in 2000. The MTC is a set of default rules for trusts, which will go into effect April 1, 2010. You'll want to review your existing client trust documents to determine whether to draft around these rules. ICLE has the resources to get you up to speed in four simple steps.
