Our national speaker is the exciting Jim Coben, world class mediator, law school professor, and mediation trainer. Jim Coben is the creator of "Disputing Irony," a series of entertaining and educational video reenactments of "failed ADR" processes focusing on the errors that lead to litigation. "Disputing Irony" kicks off the 2010 Institute!
