Directions
From Ann Arbor/Detroit:
  1. Take I-96 West to US-127 North to the I-496 exit to downtown Lansing.
  2. Once in the Lansing area, take the DOWNTOWN exit off of I-496 (this exit also says STATE CAPITOL). Stay in the right hand lane as you come up the exit ramp.
  3. Turn right at the first light on to Washington Ave. Go two blocks to Washtenaw St. and turn left.
  4. Go two blocks to Townsend St. Turn left on Townsend. The State Bar bldg is on the corner of Townsend and Washtenaw.
  5. Please park in the Capitol City parking lot on Townsend directly across from the State Bar Bldg.
From Grand Rapids:
  1. Take I-96 East to I-496 East to the Pine/Walnut exit. This is the fourth exit after getting on I-496.
  2. At the second stop light make a left turn onto Walnut.
  3. At the second stop light make a right turn onto Kalamazoo.
  4. Go one block East to Townsend St. and turn left.
  5. The State Bar bldg is the second building on the left.
  6. Please park in the Capitol City parking lot on Townsend directly across from the State Bar Bldg.
From Flint:
  1. Take I-69 West to US-127 South to the I-496 exit to downtown Lansing.
  2. Once in the Lansing area, take the DOWNTOWN exit off of I-496 (This exit also says STATE CAPITOL).
  3. Stay in the right hand lane as you come up the exit ramp.
  4. Turn right at the first light on to Washington Ave.
  5. Go two blocks to Washtenaw St. and turn left.
  6. Go two blocks to Townsend St. and turn left.
  7. The State Bar is located on the corner of Townsend and Washtenaw.
  8. Please park in the Capitol City parking lot on Townsend directly across from the State Bar Bldg.
