A faculty of Michigan’s leading probate experts provides advice on the most current law and procedures through this systematic training program covering basic to intermediate level estate planning and administration. The curriculum combines lectures with discussion and problem solving, along with excellent practical seminar materials.
Developed in cooperation with the Probate & Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the program is perfect for new and seasoned lawyers alike.
Personalize the program to meet your needs by attending 10 total seminars including a number of required core seminars, a set of electives and a limited-enrollment seminar. You can take the seminars on any timeline as long as you complete the curriculum within three years. Participants who complete the program receive a certificate of completion and the assurance for their clients that they have received extensive training in probate and estate planning matters.
