You must be a Michigan lawyer in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan to participate in this certificate program.
You have three years from the date you enroll to complete all requirements.
To earn a certificate of completion, you must complete the program’s 10 seminars:
- Seven required seminars
- Two elective seminars
- One limited-enrollment seminar
Attendance Requirements by Seminar Format
In-person seminars: Must sign in within 15 minutes of start time, stay for the entire seminar, and sign out no earlier than the last Q&A session.
Livestreamed and on-demand seminars: Must watch the entire seminar, note the credit codes in order of appearance, complete the evaluation, and enter credit codes in the credit tab.
