Constance L. Brigman has retired from practicing law and now makes her home in Florida. She previously ran the Law Office of Constance L. Brigman, PC, practicing in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate representation, and elder law. She was a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Probate and Estate Planning Section, where she was a member of the section council and the chair of the Guardianships and Conservatorships Committee. Ms. Brigman also served on the Michigan SCAO Forms Committee's workgroup for guardianships and conservatorships. In addition to her law degree, she has a master's of the science of taxation from Grand Valley State University. Ms. Brigman has been published in "TAXES - The Tax Magazine" and in "Michigan Probate and Estate Planning Journal," a journal published by the State Bar of Michigan.
