A shareholder in the firm, Alexander G. Domenicucci counsels businesses and individuals on a wide range of tax planning, transactional, and business matters. Mr. Domenicucci has extensive expertise in the area of tax law, including the taxation of C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, LLCs, real estate investment trusts (REITs), tax-exempt organizations, and disregarded entities. He regularly advises clients in the areas of federal and state taxation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business formations, joint ventures, tax credit transactions, executive compensation, succession planning, real estate, and corporate and LLC governance. Mr. Domenicucci is chair of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of Michigan and a former chair of the Oakland County Bar Association taxation committee. He frequently speaks and writes on tax-related matters.
