Formerly an editor with the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, where she concentrated on probate and estate planning publications, Elaine M. Cohen now focuses her practice on estate planning. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Probate and Estate Planning Section. Ms. Cohen has served on the section's Court Rules and Court Forms Committees and as cochairperson of the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Washtenaw County Bar Association.
