Amy K. Kanyuk

Concord, NH


Amy K. Kanyuk is a founding member of the firm. Ms. Kanyuk is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and South Dakota. She concentrates her practice on estate, gift and generation-skipping planning for individuals and families of high net worth, and has worked extensively in the area of asset protection. Ms. Kanyuk frequently counsels fiduciaries and beneficiaries with respect to issues related to the administration of trusts. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), where she has served as the New Hampshire State Chair, on the Board of Regents and on the National Membership Selection Committee. Ms. Kanyuk is the vice chair of the Fiduciary Administration Committee, is a chancellor of ACTEC’s New England Fellows Institute, and is the official ACTEC observer to the Uniform Law Commission’s Conflicts of Laws in Trusts and Estates Committee. She also serves on ACTEC’s Asset Protection, Program and Nominating Committees. Ms. Kanyuk’s articles and comments about tax and estate planning have appeared in a number of publications, including “Trusts and Estates”, “Estate Planning”, “Barron’s”, and the “Journal of Accountancy”. She frequently lectures before professional and civic groups throughout the United States on tax and estate planning topics. Ms. Kanyuk has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, teaching wills, trusts and estates.
