Nosson C. Stoll is a manager in KPMG's Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice. He has significant experience advising clients on U.S. federal tax aspects of business acquisitions and dispositions including tax planning, structuring, diligence, and related compliance matters. Prior to joining the M&A Tax practice, Mr. Stoll worked as a tax attorney in the Corporate Tax department of a large Detroit law firm. As a practicing attorney, he advised clients on a wide variety of U.S. federal and state tax issues.
