Glen M. Zatz is a senior vice president and associate general counsel for Comerica Bank. He manages Comerica's corporate legal real estate practice and its contract administration group. Prior to joining Comerica, Mr. Zatz was in private practice, where he specialized in the areas of real estate law and commercial lending. A graduate of Northwestern University Law School, he is a member of the council of the State Bar of Michigan's Real Property Law Section and a member and former chairperson of the section's Commercial Real Estate Finance Committee. While practicing in Chicago, Mr. Zatz was the chairperson of the Consumer Credit Committee of the Chicago Bar Association. He has lectured for the Real Property Law Section, ICLE, and other organizations on a variety of real estate topics.
