Henry M. Nirenberg practices in the areas of commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, employment litigation, and family law. He has also acted in the capacity of mediator, facilitator, receiver, and special master. In recent years, Mr. Nirenberg has been involved in educating clients and their management staff in compliance and regulatory matters pertaining to all aspects of labor and management issues. He is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, and American Inns of Court. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Nirenberg holds a master of laws degree in corporate and finance.
