Antoinette (Toni) Knechtges is a consultant, trainer, and facilitator working with a variety of organizations on their human resource (HR) training needs. She has facilitated courses for organizations including the City of Detroit's HR Department, GMC, University of Michigan internal HR staff, Yazaki, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and DTE Energy. Ms. Knechtges served as an HR professional for over 20 years in the automotive manufacturing and transportation service sectors prior to founding ASK Consulting Group. She is a full-time lecturer at Eastern Michigan University in the Management Department of the College of Business. Active in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Ms. Knechtges recently concluded a two-year term on its Membership Advisory Council (MAC) – North Central Region, a region that covers a 10-state region. The MAC works directly with the SHRM board of directors in carrying out the mission of SHRM. Ms. Knechtges is a member and past president of the Human Resources Association of Greater Detroit and a member of the Greater Ann Arbor Society of Human Resources. She previously served as a board member for Operation ABLE of Michigan.
