Jeremy N. Borys, Ph.D., is a vice president of organizational consulting with the firm and leads the Attract and Assess line of business for the firm's Great Lakes Region. His areas of expertise center around comprehensive, simulation-based assessment processes as well as on test development, data collection, and analysis. Dr. Borys specializes in areas of individual and team assessment, leadership development, organizational culture, succession management, and employee engagement. He creates competency models, configures selection systems, develops strategic succession programs, and provides feedback that drives decision making. Dr. Borys also uses his technological skills in developing Web-based tools and comprehensive data management systems.
