Polly Jantzen is vice president of the firm and is its client services consultant. She manages large global accounts to assure continuous client satisfaction with the services provided and consults with clients about the firm's services, which maximize human capital assets to meet business objectives. Prior to joining Right Management, Ms. Jantzen had over 12 years of experience as an officer of a national, publicly traded health care company. During that time, she held full profit and loss responsibility for six national operating and service departments, including the most profitable product line of the company. In addition, Ms. Jantzen was a member of the executive management committee that participated in due diligence and the development of strategic plans for a multimillion dollar company that was acquired four times in five years. Her experience as a leader in this rapidly changing national company gives a unique perspective to her work with clients and candidates experiencing transitions, specifically related to change management. Ms. Jantzen holds a masters degree in public health from the University of Michigan.
